No Entry in Australia for Game and Akon

It looks like The Game and Akon may soon need to launch their own campaign to gain entry into the Australia. Just days after Snoop Dogg joined forces with MTV in an attempt to gain Australian citizenship after the country barred him from entry, an Australian group has targeted The Game and Akon as well.

The two men are slated to perform at the upcoming "Rock Tha Block" concert in Australia. But the Family Council of Victoria and the Australian Family Association have voiced concerns about the two artists based on their criminal pasts. The council told The Melbourne Herald that neither artist would be a good role model for Aussie kids.

"We don't really need people from the criminal end of town acting as heroes up on stages for our young people to admire," the council's national secretary Gabrielle Walsh said. As a result of their opposition, Game's visa application is currently being reviewed by immigration officials. Reportedly, they have not yet received a visa application for Akon.
