In a new interview with XXL Magazine, 50 Cent confesses to being overgenerous when it came to artists on his label.
The rapper admits to spending an estimated $8.5 million of his own money on his acts, and eventually called a meeting to inform them that the free ride was now over.
He tells the publication "Laze was there as representation for M.O.P, Havoc, Prodigy, Banks, and Buck were there. Spider was on the phone. Olivia was there. Sha Money was there. I told them I wouldn't be assisting them financially anymore. I was telling them I wouldn't be there. In the past, they’d make a lot of money and spend a lot of money and have me there to fix it."
