Saigon arrested

Rapper Saigon (real name Brian Carenard) was arrested on Wednesday on felony weapons possession charges. The New York Post reports that the rapper was pulled over by police for a traffic infraction and was later arrested and charged after a gravity knife was found in the vehicle he was driving.
