It's been a busy week for rapper Foxy Brown. Just one day after she was arrested on suspicion of assaulting her neighbor, Foxy was paulled over by cops in Bergen County, N.J. for talking on a cell and running a stop sign. Instead of giving cops her information, Fox Boogie reportedly lied about her name and birthdate before finally coming clean.
According to The Associated Press, the rapper gave officers a variation of her real name and a birthdate that was a year off after they discovered that the registration for the SUV she was driving had been suspended. When the search for the name she gave turned up nothing, she finally came clean and gave them the correct info.
After discovering that her license had been suspended police took her to headquarters, where she was issued seven traffic tickets before being released on her own recognizance. Foxy is slated to appear in municipal court in Mahwah, N.J. on Sept. 4.
The traffic stop came one day after Brown was arrested for allegedly hitting her neighbor in the face with her BlackBerry during an argument.
Brown may want to curtail her law-breaking ways, however. According to The New York Post, the "Ill Na Na" is getting ready to be the "Ill Mama." When spotted shopping in Manhattan over the weekend, Foxy reportedly blurted out, "I'm getting married in September. I'm pregnant."
No word on who Brown's husband-to-be might be.
